What You’ll Work On

  • Pre-Accelerator: The pre-accelerator is a 6-week programme that condenses the most valuable startup lessons for early-stage founders. You’ll help deliver this by coordinating events and workshops, recruiting founders and managing speakers.

  • Founder Weekends & Startup Sprints: 24 or 48-hour sprints where teams explore ideas and progress to the next stage.  Your work will include scheduling the weekends, managing logistics and providing direct support to the founders wherever needed.

  • Office Hours: We run weekly mentoring sessions open to any founders across the Island of Ireland. You will help run the scheduling and sessions smoothly in collaboration with our regional partners and guest mentors.

  • Masterclasses: Courses designed to ‘level up’ and activate more participants from across the ecosystem. You will help with recruiting attendees and speakers, broadcasting and AV, content creation, and facilitating sessions and breakout rooms.

  • Other Projects: We regularly test out new programmes and business lines. You might help collaborate with a university, set up a new programme, or work on the logistics of events with some of the world’s largest corporations.

  • KPIs Monitoring and Reporting: You will help monitor quality and performance against our KPIs across all the different programmes and initiatives and assist with the preparation of periodical reports.

  • Systems Management: We use a set of tools and platforms to deliver our programmes. You will be responsible for managing these systems, ensuring correct functioning and making improvements and adjustments along the way.
